Emails
The GoGoWorx service sends out a number of emails, typically triggered by activity in your account.
Some examples of the kinds of emails users may expect to see are:
Confirm Registration
This type of email is used to confirm a user's email address, often during the registration process.
User Approval
When enabled, user approval is required before new users can log in and access the system. This email is a confirmation when a Manager approves a new user, letting them know that they have been approved and can access the system.
Password Reset
If someone forgets their password, they can request a Password Reset link be sent to their registered email address, allowing easy resetting. Should users receive notifications of a Password Reset request that they didn't initiate, they can simply ignore the email and continue using their existing password.
Account Related Emails
Some emails generated by the GoGoWorx system, or our secure payment processing partner Stripe may be automatically sent out to account admins relating to their account or payment status.
For example, the end of a trial period approaching, or if a payment was attempted but failed may trigger an email notification. We recommend not relying on these notifications, since email messages can sometimes be lost. Instead, account administrators are encouraged to check the status of their account at regular intervals to confirm everything is running smoothly.
Note that we do not automatically issue emails containing invoices, so account administrators needing these should log in and access their invoices to either print or save in pdf format as needed.
Other Emails
GoGoWorx may also periodically send out other emails, however our goal is to never spam users and we will never sell your email addresses for any reason. Your security is paramount to us.
