If you ever need to see a preview of your upcoming invoice, you can do so in a similar way to viewing stored invoices, from the
Account Profile
page, which can be accessed from the
Accounts Portal
.
Instead of selecting the "
View Invoices
" option, you should instead select the "
Preview Next Invoice
" button (highlighted in the image above).
This will show a preview of any upcoming invoice if there is one available.
If you need to print the invoice or save it to pdf format for your records, please use the Print menu option in your browser to send it to the printer or save as PDF format, as needed.
Please note that Preview invoices are subject to change if subscription quantities, number of users or account type changes are applied. The preview is only intended to serve as an estimate of the upcoming payment, but should remain valid if nothing else changes in your account.
