FAQ sections are useful ways to help you users, by answering frequently asked questions in a simple, structured way.

This is just an example and uses some styling we applied behind the scenes, but feel free to use this styling to build your own Frequently Asked Questions articles.

Note that you may need to switch to Code View [The </> button up there to the far right] to edit these questions and their corresponding questions, which involves a little HTML editing. Alternatively, you can use your own styling and arrangement for FAQs, or follow some of the styling examples found online. This is just an example for you.

You can create your own FAQ lists like this using the FAQ snippet (see the Working with Snippets article for details). Note that there is also a specially designed Frequently Asked Questions Article Template that creates a new article with multiple FAQ Blocks as an example with more detail than the simpler FAQ Block snippet.
